The 2012 Suzuki SX4 AWD Crossover comes equipped with eight standard airbags: dual front supplemental airbags with force limiters, front seat side-impact supplemental airbags, rear seat side-impact supplemental airbags, and side curtain supplemental airbags. Electronic Stability Program constantly monitors SX4 Crossover's trajectory and the driver's steering input to detect skidding motion or loss of traction, then automatically adjusts throttle input and brake pressure to help maintain directional control.
