Blue Springs, MO near Jeremy Franklin Suzuki in Kansas City, MO

Customers from all sorts of cities and areas around Kansas City, MO come to our dealership looking for a new or used car. One of these cities happens to be Blue Springs, MO. With a population of around 55,000 citizens, up from the roughly 6,000 it had back as early as 1970, Blue Springs is a satellite city of Kansas City (even though it predates it), was incorporated back on September 7, 1880, and has a Mayor-Council-Administrator form of government. Its history stems from that of settlers heading out West. On their trips, settlers believed the area where the city would later be was a perfect stopover point because of the large quantity of cool, clean water that originated from a spring of the Little Blue River. This "blue spring" is where the city got its name from. A grist mill and permanent settlement were later built, located on what is today Burrus Old Mill Park on Woods Chapel Road. In 1845, the first post office was established by notable resident Franklin Smith. The town was officially born.
